Terms of Service

These terms cover CurbSitter's bin valet service provided by CurbSitter, LLC in Prescott, Arizona. Full customer terms are shown and accepted at signup.
The service
We move your trash and recycling bins to the curb the evening before your collection day and return them after collection, with a photo after each visit. We do not haul trash, handle overflow or hazardous material, or guarantee a specific time of day. If something is unsafe or blocked, we document it and let you know.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or quarterly. Your card is saved at signup and first charged on your first scheduled rollout. Service is month to month: you can pause, resume or cancel at any time, and we show the billing effect before you confirm.
Missed visits
If we miss a scheduled visit that was our fault, we credit your account for one full week of service. Access or safety issues and hauler schedule changes are not our misses.
Messages
Photo confirmations and service notices go by email, text message or both, as you choose. Text messages are optional and governed by our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
