Privacy Policy

This policy explains what CurbSitter, LLC ("CurbSitter", "we") collects, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: support@curbsitter.com or (520) 225-9713.

What we collect

• Contact and account details: name, email, phone number and login.
• Service details: service addresses, collection schedule, where your bins are kept and access instructions.
• Service photos taken at your curb during each visit.
• Your communication choices and consent records, including whether you opted in to text messages.
• Billing records. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and schedule service, send photo confirmations and service notices you asked for, handle billing and support, keep our runners and customers safe, and meet legal requirements.

How we protect it

Service photos are kept in private storage and shown only to the account they belong to. Gate, garage and lockbox details are encrypted, kept separately from ordinary notes, and shown only to the runner assigned to that visit.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run CurbSitter (for example payment processing, hosting, email and text message delivery), under obligations to protect it, or when the law requires it.

Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

• Text alerts: reply STOP to any message or turn them off in your account. See our SMS Terms.
• Email alerts can be changed in your account settings. Required account and billing emails continue while you have service.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Retention

Service photos are kept for a limited period (180 days by default). Access details are kept for the life of your account plus a short period after it closes.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and notify customers of material changes.
