Program

CurbSitter Service Alerts is a text message program run by CurbSitter, LLC. It sends customers service messages about their own account: photo confirmations after each bin rollout and return, notes about a missed or unsafe pickup, schedule and holiday changes, and account or billing notices. We do not send marketing texts through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking an unchecked box for text alerts when you sign up on curbsitter.com or in your account settings, and entering your mobile number. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can choose email alerts instead.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your collection schedule, typically 2 to 6 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@curbsitter.com or (520) 225-9713.
• You can also turn text alerts off in your account settings. Stopping texts does not cancel your service, and required account emails continue.

What we never text

We never send gate codes, lockbox codes or details about when you are away by text message.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
